The Strategic Plan Beyond 150: Lead, Succeed, Engage was designed so that progress can be measured on a regular basis. While some analyses are subjective, the inclusion of metrics, with benchmarks and targets, provides objective data to inform decision making.
Progress reports are both backward and forward looking, examining the accomplishments made in support of our mission, while also acknowledging areas where more attention is needed to meet our goals.
